Jacqueline Grice
CEO
Jacqueline Grice is the CEO of J Diamond Inc. dba Agape Travel and Tours. She leads the company’s transportation and tour management division. In this role, she oversees both the commercial and government sectors of the business and is responsible for maintaining regulations required by the Federal Motorcoach Carrier Safety Administration. Jacqueline has been in the transportation management business for over 20 years.
Jacqueline has been an entrepreneur since the age of 10 when she worked with her parents at Slade’s Upholstery and Restoration. Watching her parents grow their small business into a respected company in the Hampton Roads community inspired her love for business. Her passion to create and invent led her to pursue a Mechanical Engineering degree from The University of Virginia. As a Colgate Darden Scholar, Jacqueline knew she could achieve anything if she set her mind to it.
A desire to give back to the community led Jacqueline to start her non-profit Create Vision in 2017. Create Vision’s mission is to provide children with the opportunity to see beyond their communities’ walls – to give both disadvantaged and underserved youth the same opportunity as more affluent children to take educational school trips and STEM excursions. Children often never escape the confines of their city walls, and Jacqueline believed that if children can see more, they can become and achieve more. The organization also provides funds to offset the cost of school trips, student college tours, and other nonprofits that provide transportation services for youth in the community.
Then, Jacqueline founded Launching Deeper Inc., a consultancy dedicated to helping entrepreneurs achieve their dreams, personal and business, through her proprietary L5 Acceleration program.
Jacqueline is heavily involved in her local church and serves as a board member for the Young Life Urban division. She serves on committees for the United Motorcoach Association and American Bus Association, and on the board for the Virginia Motorcoach Association. She is a member of the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce and the Urban League of Hampton Roads.
Her greatest pride is being a mother of two wonderful children, Wayne II and Diamond, and a devoted wife to Wayne for over 24 years.
